Nicole Steele
Nicole is an experienced clinical and food service paediatric Dietitian at Perth Children's Hospital (PCH). Nicole has been involved in many quality improvement projects over the past 10 years at PCH including. Nicole is currently working as the clinical lead for the Meals on Demand project at PCH where patients are going to be able to order meals when they are hungry, rather than set meal times. This quality improvement project is aiming to be implemented in 2025.
