I hold an undergraduate degree in Food and Nutrition Science from the University of Adelaide and am currently pursuing a Master's degree. With a general interest in sustainable development, I am excited to tackle the issue of food waste production in hospital settings. My research focuses on identifying key factors contributing to food waste in hospitals and identify strategies to reduce food waste. The goal of my project is to explore effective interventions for minimizing food waste in hospital settings.
