Lillian Forrest
Lilli is a highly motivated and experienced Accredited Practicing Dietitian with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & health care industry (getting close to 20 years!). She combines her experience as a Senior Food service dietitian with clinical Dietetics, people management, leadership roles and food technology, which helps to support, advocate and lead improvements to service delivery by way of menu planning, food service system reviews, development & support of training programs and statewide food procurement contacts.
Lilli lives in Northern NSW, with her young family. She dabbles in fermented foods, growing cut flowers and through attending previous IHHC events, feels confident she isn't creating food safety risk with her backyard chickens.
