Bianca Guthrie
Bianca Guthrie is a Dietitian with over a decade of experience in Food Service, primarily at Fiona Stanley Hospital in Perth. Her extensive career is marked by her dedication to improving patient care and service delivery. In her most recent role as a Senior Project Officer, Bianca successfully managed the transition of the Foodservice and Patient Support Services at Peel Health Campus from a private to a public provider. This complex project showcased her exceptional leadership and project management skills. Currently, she is actively involved in the site redevelopment project aimed at expanding services, further demonstrating her commitment to enhancing healthcare infrastructure. Bianca has been a proactive member of the Institute of Hospitality in Healthcare (IHHC) and has served on the WA Branch IHHC committee, contributing significantly to the professional community.
