Suzanne Kennewell
With over 30 years-experience as a dietitian Suzanne has worked in clinical and corporate roles, in rural and metropolitan areas, and is currently Director Nutrition and Dietetics. She is also the co-chair for the ACI’s Nutrition in Hospitals Committee and is a member of the Ministry’s Nutrition and Food Steering Committee.
Suzanne has undertaken and supported research in the area of clinical food services and its impact on patient nutritional care, an underrepresented area of clinical practice. Suzanne has a particular interest in the management of allergens in a food service setting and it is this that she brings to today's workshop.
