Kevin Dunne is a chef and Hospitality Manager with over 30 years’ experience in kitchens and leading teams in restaurants, hotels, Aged care and Health facilities.  He is presently the Manager of Food Services at Mater Health in Brisbane and also serves on the Australian IDDSI steering committee and the IHHC Board.
