Emma Cameron
Emma is an experienced Accredited Practising Dietitian, currently serving as Deputy Manager of Dietetics and Meal Support Services at Grampians Health in Ballarat, Victoria. In this dual-role, Emma specialises in both management and food service dietetics, areas where her expertise and passion align. Previously, Emma held the position of Senior Food Service Dietitian at Mercy Hospitals Victoria, where she led numerous quality improvement projects, including the environmental sustainability project being presented. Emma is dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes through innovative dietary solutions, risk mitigation, and strategic management. As a person-centred leader, Emma is committed to motivating and supporting her team to reach their full potential.
